Root Revival
As someone who has a passion for both plants and innovative technology, I came up with the idea of Root Revival, a factitious app designed to simplify the care of potted plants for plant lovers around the world. Drawing inspiration from my work at a company that specializes in creating digital IoT devices, I set out to create a product that would make a positive impact on people's lives.
The idea behind Root Revival is to use a connected sensor rod that can be placed inside a houseplant, providing data on factors such as sun exposure, soil pH levels, and soil moisture. This data would then be transmitted to the cloud for analysis. I designed an accompanying application that allows users to visualize and interact with the data, helping them monitor the health of their plants.
To ensure a seamless user experience, I created wireframes that detailed the flow of the application and how users would navigate through the various features.

The app pairs with any moisture monitoring device to consistently track your plant's living conditions. The data is automatically sent to your phone, providing you with real-time updates on what your plant needs to thrive. You can also set reminders for watering and soil changes, ensuring your plant receives the care it needs on a regular basis. With Root Revival, taking care of your indoor plants has never been easier.
